Welcome.
I am an Assistant Professor of Latin Literature at the University of Ioannina, specializing in Latin poetry, gender and law in antiquity, and the modern reception of classical texts in literature and performance.
My research explores how Greco-Roman myths — particularly those centered on women — speak to contemporary questions of justice, memory, and identity. Through teaching, writing, and international collaboration, I engage with the classical world not as a distant past, but as a vibrant dialogue partner in today’s conversations on gender, culture, and social change.
Thank you for visiting. I invite you to explore my publications, research projects, and academic news.
